PRODUCTION
With an annual output of 73,000 metric tons refractory materials, Dongyu is in advanced position of production field. It has various comprehensive facilities ranging from crushing system to finished products, such as 1250t automatic hydraulic press and 158m tunnel kiln, etc. Besides, Dongyu also has set up one production line for the purpose of manufacturing insulation brick. All of the manufacturing process are under the control of ISO9001 standard.
TESTING
Dongyu lab is under the management of ISO9001 quality control system. From raw material to finishied products, Dongyu carries out each physical test and chemical analysis with all types of testing apparatus, which include thermal shock resistance instrument, creep apparatus, reheating liner change apparatus, etc.
